I phoned and got an appointment for the same day. Lee was very knowledgeable and efficient. He thoroughly checked the whole house showed us where the mice were active, pointed out entrypoints and told us how to close them. Our mice problem has been sorted now, but I would definitely use this company again if I had another pest problem.

I had mice in the house and was ready to move out I am so scared off mice, phoned David in tears. David came out to the house was great went around the house and found how they were getting in and put bait down and will be back next week.David explained everything to me and was ever patient and professional and reassured me that the issue can be resolved.
