Bust my screen and my face recognition wouldn’t work. All fixed quickly at a reasonable price. I had had a volume issue on my phone before I broke the screen and could never work out why. Didn’t report this at drop in but on picking my phone up the volume issue was also resolved! So impressed and happy.
Have used these guys several times over many years and cannot fault them. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and well priced. Previous work was with my iMacs but I called in today with my Huawei P30 Pro thinking I needed a new USB-C port fitted. I had been quoted a reasonable £45 by Kevin (by email) but he suggested that I call first as it might not be needed. I was sceptical as I had tried cleaning out the existing port myself but the phone was barely taking a charge, would fast-charge at all, and refused to connect to Android Auto in the car.
My Daughters Mac Book Air Seemed To Develop A Screen Fault A Lot Of Weeks Ago @ Uni. After Being Quoted A Ridiculous Amount Of Money For A Replacement Screen, I Took It To Repair Lounge. They Stripped It Down, Checked It And, After No Fault Found, Cleaned It At NO Charge. Working Great. SUPER…Would Definitely Recommend.

Fantastic Service, laptop cost a lot less than I was expecting to get fixed. It was also repaired very quickly and Keith managed to track me down even though I had left the wrong number! Keith is very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of advice on phones as well. Great service, would recommend 100% and will definitely be back.
One of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and very professional at what he does. Nothing is ever an issue and repairs are done very quickly. Twice I had left in 2 phones and both times were repaired within 45 minutes. Very knowledgeable and always seems willing to go that extra step and help you. Will definitely use in future.
Although I couldn’t get my device fixed on time (I was flying back home a few days after I visited the shop), the advice and information I was given here helped make sure I wasn’t ripped off when I finally did get it fixed. The guy behind the desk clearly knew his stuff, and was nice and friendly too.
