Great service – saw a huge improvement with my back pain after a couple of sessions. Had been trying physio beforehand and saw nowhere near the same results. On top of all that Nick is a nice guy who’s keen to help and explain. Highly recommend.

I was in agony with my back for over a 2 year period and had been previously to other specialists. Avalon was the only place I had been to that give me a proper diagnosis a long term fix and that is the best thing you will ever get. I have been advised by Keith where to go and treatments that I require as well as foot orthopedic insoles. Then Keith does his magic and fixes the issues in your back that are a symptom of your overall problem he has diagnosed you of.
I was on vacation having neck pain. I knew if I didn’t get adjusted I would not of enjoy my time in Ireland and Scotland. Not being from the area and they were able to get me in the day I called. Because of their willingness to help me and their great skills in adjusting my neck, I was relieved of the pain and I was able to enjoy the next two weeks of vacation.
I’ve been going to see Keith and the team for a awhile now and would highly recommend them to anyone. I’ve been to a few different people to see about my lower back pain over the years. But Keith knows his stuff and the always try a fit me in when I call.
