We hired Chris over the summer to level out a sloped floor on our property. He explained all considerations and choices made before starting the job and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. It was obvious he is a very experienced and diligent at what he does and that was great peace of mind. The finished job was perfectly executed and has held up great. Would highly recommend him to others and plan to hire him for further work in the future.
Chris did a great job for my brother at very short notice just before Christmas, which was greatly appreciated. Chris supplied and fitted a grab rail to a shower cubicle. Good value. I would use Chris again and highly recommend him.
Was getting weight bearing pins installed into the ceiling for fitness and yoga requiring the rafters to be reinforced. Chris was very engaging and the process was well explained. (Including how the weight would now be distributed throughout the additional structure)

Had PK builders doing exterior work in the garden and the block work for the wrap around extension. I cannot recommend them enough. Somehow they help to make this work stress free for us, dealing with problems or issues promptly before I could worry about them. This aspect of their work is Invaluable to a customer.
Got a Garage conversion done to make an extra room. Every aspect was taking care of, from skip for clearing out, sourced and installed windows and doors, brickwork, plumbing, electrics, joinery and plasterwork, even got the wooden floor put down, right through to cleanup afterwards.

Very responsive service from the PK team. Right across the various stages of my build there was never an issue with getting Kieran on the phone to discuss work. There was also a great knowledge of the building control process & requirements which put us at ease during what can feel like a daunting prospect.
