Restore Osteopathy Belfast was established by Rebecca Thomas, a member of the General Osteopathic council (GOsC), institute of Osteopathy (iO) and the Northern Ireland Osteopathy Society (NIOS), in September 2020. Just over a year later, Peter Thompson, certified run coach and sports massage therapist joined the team in October 2021. Our approaches are designed for all types of people, whether you are in a physical or sedentary job and lifestyle, and no matter what your age or current level of health. We offer a wide selection of treatments from osteopathy to scoliosis treatments. At Restore Osteopathy Belfast, we aim to treat the whole patient rather than just the presenting symptoms. Julia was brilliant. I came in with a complete shopping list of issues and Julia went through each with me to work out what to work on and improve while giving an insightful breakdown of my current mobility. I felt extremely comfortable and welcomed and the sport massage treatment I came back for was excellent. Strongly recommend.
Bec offers the most incredible, patient specific treatments. She has a wealth of knowledge, but always makes her advice easy to follow and practical. No fluff, no nonsense, just solid care and improvements that last — highly recommended.

Went to Dirk with a trapped nerve in my shoulder and was miserable. I couldn’t lift my arm and was in pain every day and night. Couldn’t put my clothes on without help . After four sessions it was free. I can lift my arm fully and no pain. My husband went with his back and is now pain free. Totally amazing. Highly recommend.
Visited the practice due to migraine pain and have been episode free since my first appointment with Julia. Highly recommended.
