Having provided security systems to other family members over many years, Focus fitted our alarm system during house building in 2014, and have provided regular servicing and recent upgrade since. A wholly reliable service throughout. Although I rarely make recommendations, (not really knowing what other people might be looking for) I could not recommend Focus more highly.
Great service from start to finish with Focus. Any issues I have they will sort on phone with me to help reduce call out fees. If they are needed the team are quick to call out and go through a detailed report of findings with me to make sure I understand the issue and to help stop further call outs in future. Would recommend to all.
Just moved into our new house and had had a problem with alarm system. Brendan arrived and had a look at it and told us about the system and installed a new battery. He was very nice and really helpful and we were so grateful for all his advice. Thank you Brendan.
