First time going to this spa and I had the best deep tissue massage ever with Agnieska! Would highly recommend her as a keen gym goer she knew the spots that needed the most work. She is AMAZING.
Fantastic staff and facilities I come here frequently! Shanna and the team deliver first class service and treatments are really great.
The Spa Experience Belfast is great – Receptionist Teigan was warm and welcoming and the price was £12.50 from £15 because the jacuzzi was down – this didn’t bother me one bit because the cold drinking water, saunas, steam rooms, heated seats and ice room are mint.

Started going here about 8 months ago for gel polishes and haven’t looked back since 🙂 pedicures are v luxurious as is the entire salon. I always see Luna for my gel polishes and she is the reason I haven’t gone anywhere else 🙂 great customer service and experience always and a total perfectionist.
I had my first facial and back massage today. It lived up to my expectations and definitely did not disappoint. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. The massage was great. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Grace was a lovely girl very friendly and welcoming and she is very good at what she does. Will be recommending this place to family and friends. Can’t wait to book again.
I absolutely love my visits to the Secret Day Spa, the second you walk through the door the place smells like heaven, the team are so friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere instantly relaxes you 🙂 I have a super busy and fast paced job so coming here after work is just the best way to wind down and fully switch off. I get my nails and waxes done at the spa, my nails always look perfect – and Dara’s nail art is fabulous! And no matter who you book in with, the team somehow manage to make waxing pretty much pain free and relaxed, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my nails and waxes ever.

The attention I received from Merchant Hotel Spa was incredible.! I had a 3 hour visit .. the thermal room followed by a whole body massage and a luxurious facial.. Catherine, my therapist was fabulous. Her professional but friendly approach had me relaxed even before we started. I am disabled due to a neurological condition called CBD . This affects all my motor skills . Afterwards Catherine came to help me get dressed in the changing rooms I didn’t even have to ask . Margarette then took me to the lift and handed me safely over to my husband. I can’t wait to go again to visit Catherine
Absolutely love coming to the merchant. Rooms are impeccable and the spa is small but just perfect for some quiet time.
Experience was amazing from start to finish. Treated my mum for a spa day for mothers day..the welcoming spa receptionist showed us around and to our lockers which were fully stocked with everything we needed for our spa day. We were then greated by our therapists for our treatments we opted for the frangapani experience and it was worth every penny! My therapist was called briony and she was amazing so polite and welcoming and my back feels amazing! We both had a lovely day out.
