James carried out a level 3 structural survey of an old property we were interested in purchasing. The report was very detailed and to a high standard. James was always contactable and offered his professional opinion on how to proceed. Would recommend.
James carried out a survey on a property we are in the process of purchasing. He carried out an extensive survey and was able to accommodate our significant time pressure due to trying to get the purchase through. He answered questions quickly and was very professional. I highly recommend his services.
James carried out a building survey on a house we hope to move into soon. He goes into incredible detail in the full report with plenty of photos and recommendations. James also highlights any urgent work clearly and concisely. If in any doubt, James always seems happy to take a call to discuss any issues that you may need some clarity on. The cost of the building survey was also quite a bit cheaper than the quote we got from our lender. I can’t recommend James’ service highly enough. His attention to detail is outstanding.

Joseph went above and beyond to accomodate myself and my partner with a Home Buyers survey after being advised to get one by our solictor very late on in the purchase process.
