I was welcomed by super friendly staff, really lovely people that made me feel at ease. My tattooist Paul did a fantastic job.. he chatted the whole time answering any questions I had about the process.. the final design is just amazing, I’m so happy with it and will definitely be back for more work in the future.
Top level service from start to finish. This was my first tattoo and the time Jax took with me to get it just right was above and beyond from prep to final finish I could not rate him high enough and a very comfortable, classy set up too.
Myself & 3 of my girlfriends were all in Belfast just for 1 night & we all wanted tattoos last minute. Jax got us in & stayed open 4 hours past closing time just to accommodate us & make our stay in Belfast memorable! We were so appreciative of how much he cared. Every tattoo he did on each of us was absolutely perfect. Beautiful shop, clean, great customer service.

This was my first tattoo and honestly I could not possibly be happier about the result. Martin is a very charming and patient artists who answered all my questions before and during the tattoo process. I felt comfortable the entire time and knew that I was in good hands. Martin included all my wishes into the design and made an awesome dragon which perfectly reflected what I had imagined. I am very satisfied with the result and will most definitely come back for more.
Great studio, friendly and helpful. Great advice and great artists. I’ve had a number of sessions with Martin and he makes it as relaxing and easy as he possibly can. (I’m not the easiest to tattoo). Designs are brilliant, I’ve 2 cover ups completed by Martin, perfectly covered up, no trace of my rubbish tattoos. Highly recommend.
I’ve had a full sleeve and a few other tattoos done by Martin and one done by his daughter Nicole, all of them are perfect. Both artists put their heart and soul into their work, their passion for what they do is clear to see. Amazing family, really genuinely lovely people who look after their clients so well. Martine is always floating about to make sure everyone is ok and to make sure the studio is running smoothly. You will never feel more at home and more welcome anywhere else than you would at The Human Canvas and you will never leave disappointed with your artwork.
