Absolutely delicious and value for money. Loads of vegan choices! I had a Meal 2 set with 6 falafels, delicious creamy homemade hummus and pomegranate molasses salad + choice of drink. It was top notch food. Genuinely the first time I had falafel that was super crispy on the outside yet not dry at all on the inside and so full of flavour. No wonder this place is busy. And service was super lovely too.
Falafel was delicious- very crunchy but not dry inside. The Palestinian was very messy- so much sauce that the pitta disintegrated! So have given 4 rather than 5 stars. The wedges were absolutely delicious. Would definitely come back again.
The meal deal offer is good. For 9 pounds you can get a sandwich a drink and eat a salad or a French fries. The falafel is very yummy. There are two types of falafel sandwiches. The place is so quiet and the staff is very nice and helpful.

Note that this restaurant does not serve meat on their menu. The server is very nice and accommodating. Food is good, unique with also good portions. Will recommend for vegans. 4* only as for me i think the place needs updating. Service 5* and food taste & quality i will give 4.5*.

Busy, lively and active place. I’m glad that we had a reservation – there was no way we could have dined otherwise. I found the food very good and quick. Good quality of service, friendly staff. It is in the city centre, easy to reach via public transport- not an easy place to drive into, but easily commutable via bus or walk.

Read the reviews before booking and we were not disappointed! Shared 5 ‘small’ plates between two of us which was the perfect amount. Super tasty with a variety of spice levels. Drinks were very nice too – non-alcoholic passion fruit cocktail and ginger beer were great. Staff very pleasant and a cool vibe – would highly recommend.

Dinner for 2; we had lasagne and a potato dish. Both were tasty and worth the price. The staff were lovely and ensured we got all we wanted. We got dessert (with a lit candle, birthday song and cocktail all free). I thought it was really nice of them.
Made to feel very welcome! Nice selection of dishes to cater for everyone including Vegan and Vegetarian options. Food was served in a reasonable time between courses.
We visited late at about 8:15pm without booking, were seated straight away and it had a nice atmosphere. Patricia offered to speed up the delivery of our food if needed, however it came within 5 minutes of ordering anyway. One meal was only warm, so we asked for it to be warmed up, we were given a completely fresh meal and the manager actually took this item off our bill. Our experience couldn’t have been better and we received great customer service, only our second visit to a Zizzi, we’d highly recommend from our experience.
